Capture fast.
Stay organized.

Loop is a voice-first task tracker built for people running real things — properties, projects, jobs. Talk through what needs doing and Loop structures it into projects and tasks you can actually work from.

You review before anything saves, and nothing important ever gets lost.

Everything Loop does

One place to capture, organize, and act.

🎙

Voice capture

Tap and talk. Loop turns a quick note or a full spoken list into structured tasks automatically.

🚶

Talk Records

Record a whole property walk — Loop transcribes it and splits it into one task per issue, grouped by area.

📷

Photo & whiteboard

Snap a whiteboard, an invoice, or a measurement and Loop reads it into tasks and details.

🌿

Projects & subtasks

Unlimited nesting. Say "create a new project" and Loop builds it with the right tasks underneath.

🎯

Goals & re-analyze

Give a task a goal in your own words; Loop proposes the steps — and never deletes what you've finished.

🔍

Research

Ask Loop to look something up — prices, links, options — and it saves what it finds right onto the task.

👥

Shared groups

Invite others to a group. Share tasks and projects — each person keeps their own private space too.

✉️

Email ingest

Email a task to your group address and it lands in the review queue, tagged and ready to approve.

How to

Three ways to capture

The same review-before-save flow underneath all of them.

🚶

Make a Talk Record

For walking a property or space and listing everything at once.

  1. Tap "Talk Record." It's the long-record button on the capture screen — separate from the quick mic.
  2. Talk as you walk. Narrate every issue room by room. Pauses are fine — it records until you stop.
  3. Tap Stop, then Send. The recording saves immediately and gets transcribed.
  4. Review the tasks. Loop splits your walk into one task per item. Edit, drop, or combine, then Save.
🔍

Research a task

When you need prices, links, or options found for you.

  1. Open a task and tap "Research this" — or type a request like "prices for a ThermoFlask at Home Depot, Phoenix Oregon."
  2. Loop searches the web and comes back with a short summary plus real, tappable links.
  3. Review the findings. Loop only looks things up — it never buys or sends anything.
  4. Save to comments. The findings land on the task as a timestamped note you can return to.
📷

Capture from a photo

Turn a whiteboard, list, or measurement into tasks.

  1. On the capture screen, tap the photo button. Take a picture or pick one — a whiteboard, a handwritten list, an invoice.
  2. Loop reads the image. It pulls out the tasks, quantities, and details it can see.
  3. Review and tidy. Check what it extracted, fix anything, assign a project.
  4. Save. The photo stays attached to the task as a reference.
